OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Our recruitment process might differ from position to position, but it normally looks like this:
When you find an interesting job at our jobsite, send your application and CV as soon as possible. Please note that the recruitment process is ongoing and that there is no application due date.
All inquiries are treated confidentially.
If you want to know more about the position before applying, you are welcome to contact the hiring manager or recruitment partner. You can find their information in the job ad. Otherwise, you are always welcome to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The hiring manager will screen applications on an ongoing basis, until the right candidate is found and hired.
If your profile matches the position, the hiring manager will call you in for an interview.
The 1st interview will normally be between you, the hiring manager and one other employee from the department.
The purpose of this interview is for you and the hiring manager to get to know each other, balance your expectations and in general have the opportunity to clarify any questions.
The hiring manager will typically choose 2-3 candidates from the 1st interview and call them in for a 2nd interview.
This interview will again be with the hiring manager but this time a Recruiter or HR Business Partner from the HR department will also attend.
Prior to the interview, you will be asked to complete 2 assessments; a personality profile and a problem-solving ability test. These assessments will be discussed during the 2nd interview.
After the 2nd interview, the Recruiter or HR Business Partner will complete a reference check. You should therefore have contact information ready for a few relevant people to serve as your references (former managers, peers or the like) at the 2nd interview.
If your application is successful, the hiring manager will contact you following the 2nd interview. A contract is then sent to you by email, along with our “Welcome Package” containing relevant information for your onboarding.
As a new employee at MHI Vestas, we will do our absolute best to make sure that you are off to a flying start. All new employees are part of our onboarding programme, making sure that you are introduced to relevant information. An experienced colleague is assigned to you as your ‘onboarding buddy’, to whom you can ask questions and who can support you with practicalities.
