We train all our employees in our Code of Conduct, and Business Ethics is part of our Leadership Development program, where managers undergo specific training, so they are able to guide their colleagues in ethical business dilemmas.
At MHI Vestas Offshore Wind, a Whistleblower System provides an alternative reporting opportunity. The Whistleblower System can be used if an employee, or others affiliated with our company, such as customer suppliers, is concerned about the risk of harassment or retaliation.
